Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products, including unopened products.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product information and ingredients prior to purchase. If you have questions regarding product selection, our team is happy to assist before an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@EVCureRx.com and include your order number along with photographs of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

EV CURE Rx reserves the right to refuse replacements, credits, or claims that do not comply with this policy.
